How Menovia works

Three steps. One companion for the long haul.

1
Set what matters

Tell us where you are — perimenopause, menopause, or post — and what you want help with first.

2
Log & chat

A few taps a day. Ask Ziena anything. The data quietly accumulates in the background.

3
Act & adjust

Get plain-language insights, evidence-based options, and a record you can take to your doctor.

24/7 · always with you

A companion in your pocket, not a chatbot in your face.

Ziena listens the way a wise older sister with a clinical background would. She remembers what you told her last week. She doesn't lecture. She doesn't push. She helps.

  • Conversational, not clinical
Ask in your own words. Get answers in plain language — with the science underneath if you want it.
  • Memory across time
She remembers your stage, what you're tracking, what worked, and what didn't.
  • Private — yours alone
Your chats and data are never used to train other people's models. Period.
  • Knows when to defer
Ziena flags anything that needs a clinician. She's a companion, not a diagnosis.
Ziena
Always here
Good morning, Theresa. Two hot flashes last night — but you slept 7h 10m. That's the best in a week.
I felt foggy when I woke up though.
That tracks with your luteal phase. Want to try a 10-minute walk before your first meeting today?

I spent two years thinking I was losing my mind. Six weeks with Menovia and I have a name for everything, a plan with my doctor, and a group chat with women who actually get it.

Common questions

Things people ask before they start.

Is Menovia a medical device or a diagnosis tool?
No. Menovia is a wellness companion built on clinically-reviewed content. Ziena helps you understand your symptoms, track them, and ask better questions of your doctor — she does not diagnose or prescribe. When something needs a clinician's attention, she'll tell you.
Who is Ziena, exactly?
Ziena is the AI persona inside the Menovia app — a warm, knowledgeable companion trained on current OB-GYN and menopause research, with content reviewed by practicing clinicians. She's intentionally non-medical in tone but rigorous in source.
What happens to my data?
Encrypted at rest, never sold, never used to train external models. You can export your full data at any time (PDF, CSV, FHIR), and delete your account with one tap. Intimacy and mental-health logs are excluded from any provider export by default — you opt in per export.
Does the free plan really work, or is it a teaser?
The free plan is fully functional for getting to know yourself: 30 Ziena chats per month, unlimited symptom and cycle tracking, daily check-in, and the full Library. The Plus plan adds the things that make it a long-term companion — unlimited chats, the community, insights, correlations, and provider-ready exports.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the billing period. Yearly is refundable within 30 days, no questions. Your data stays accessible — and exportable — for 60 days after you cancel.
Is this just for perimenopause, or for menopause too?
Both. Menovia is designed for the whole arc — perimenopause through menopause and into postmenopause. The app adapts to your stage as it changes; you don't have to start over.
Does Menovia work with Apple Health, Oura, or Fitbit?
Yes — on the Plus plan. Sleep, heart rate, and cycle data sync automatically. We're adding Garmin and Withings shortly. Apple Health works on day one.

Feel like yourself again — with the first AI companion for perimenopause and menopause.
